In GetFeed, your organization settings control how your workspace appears, your brand assets for clip overlays, and your team's shared configuration. Your organization's basic information including name, logo, and contact details. This information is visible to all team members.

Step-by-Step Guide

Access Organization Settings

Navigate to Settings > Organization > Information in the dashboard sidebar.

Upload Your Logo

Click the upload button and select your logo file. Use a high-resolution image for crisp display both in your dashboard and as clip overlays. Recommended size: minimum 300x300 pixels.

Set Organization Details

Enter your organization information:

  • Organization Name: Your brand or company name
  • Slug: Your unique workspace URL identifier
  • Contact Email: Primary email for organization communications
  • Website URL: Your main website or landing page

Configure Timezone

Set your organization's timezone to ensure scheduled posts publish at the correct times for your audience.

Save Changes

Click Save to apply your customizations across the platform. Changes take effect immediately for all team members.

Using Your Brand in Clips
